WHEREAS Case No. 2:21-cr-11, USA v. Kyle Lee Dean, is currently assigned to the
Honorable Jane M. Beckering, and Case No. 2:24-cr-4, USA v. Kyle Lee Dean, is currently
assigned to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker; and
WHEREAS further proceedings in these related cases are necessary; and
WHEREAS both Article III Judges have consented to reassignment, and the undersigned
has concluded that the above case should be reassigned to Judge Jonker under W.D. Mich.
LCrR 56.5(a) for reasons of judicial economy;
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 2:21-cr-11 is REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker for all
further proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-named cases.
