At its January 2023 meeting, the VFM/ADR Advisory Committee reviewed the VFM
panelists’ ongoing interests and qualifications, as required by the Court’s Program Description.
The Committee has provided its recommendation to the Court for the removal, resignation,
certification, and recertification of Facilitative Mediators. All affected persons have received
notice of the Committee’s recommendations.
Accordingly, the Court adopts the recommendation of the Committee, effective January 1,
2023.
IT IS ORDERED that, for the period of January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023:
A. Paul A. Wilhelm, and Christopher D. Morris be added to the panel; and
B. the remainder of the Court’s Facilitative Mediators having met the requirements for
recertification, be recertified.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Sean M. Fosmire, James E. Lozier, William I.
McDonald, and Charles H. Worsfold, having resigned, be removed from the panel.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
