WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined the above matter, currently
assigned to the Honorable Hala Y. Jarbou, is a cognate case to RAI Care Centers of Michigan I,
LLC, et al v. Administration Systems Research Corporation, International, et al., Case Number.
1:17-cv-1142, a case assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney, and both Article III Judges
having consented to its reassignment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, this matter is REASSIGNED to Judge Maloney, pursuant to W.D. Mich. LCivR
3.3.2(c)(ii).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that referrals in this case shall be assigned to Magistrate
Judge Ray Kent.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
