WHEREAS, the above case, assigned to the undersigned, is closely related with another case
in this district, Case No. 1:19-CV-643, Bell’s Brewery, Inc. v. Hop & Wine Beverages, LLC, a case
assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney,
WHEREAS, both assigned Article III Judges having consented to the reassignment of Case
No. 1:20-CV-246 under Local Rule 3.3.2(c),
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 1:20-CV-246, Bell’s Brewery, Inc. v. Blue Ridge Beverage
Company, Inc. is reassigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney, pursuant to the approved procedure
for reassignment of cognate cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Kent shall be the Magistrate Judge
assigned to this case.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case.
