WHEREAS, it has been determined that Rodriguez v. Hirshberg Acceptance Corp., et al.,
Case No. 1:20-cv-877, currently assigned to the undersigned, is a refiling of Rodriguez v.
Hirshberg Acceptance Corp., Case No. 1:18-cv-240, assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff, and
both Article III Judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve judicial
resources, Case No. 1:20-cv-877 is REASSIGNED to Judge Neff, pursuant to W.D. Mich.
LCivR 3.3.1(d)(i), and W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(b).
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
