In Re: AMENDED CASE DRAW ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2024 NO. 23-CA-109

WHEREAS, Senior District Judge Janet T. Neff has requested an amendment to the case
draw;
AND WHEREAS, the Judges of this Court have approved a plan for assignment of civil
and criminal cases;
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
Effective January 1, 2024, the Criminal Case Draw is hereby amended, and filings shall
be assigned according to the following allocations:
A. Civil Cases:
Judge Jarbou 19%
Judge Maloney 27%
Judge Jonker 27%
Judge Beckering 27%
B. Criminal Cases:
Judge Jarbou 19%
Judge Maloney 27%
Judge Jonker 27%
Judge Beckering 27%
Notwithstanding anything else in this Administrative Order, any new Section 2255 matter
arising out of a criminal case already assigned to the Honorable Janet T. Neff shall be assigned by
the Clerk of Court to Judge Neff.
