On March 24, 2020, Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green issued a Memorandum Regarding
Related Cases as to the above case assigned to the undersigned, and the case of Langlois v. Terry
Town Travel Center, Inc., et al., case number 1:19-CV-188, assigned to the Honorable Paul L.
Maloney. Magistrate Judge Green recommended the cases be deemed related pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(B), and that case number 1:20-CV-247 be reassigned to the District Judge
with the earlier filed case.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that case number 1:20-CV-247 be reassigned to the Honorable
Paul L. Maloney, with the consent of both Judges Maloney and Jonker.
