WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined that Case No. 1:26-cv-1039, Crist
v. Stiverson, et al., currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney and Magistrate Judge Sally Berens,
and Case No. 1:25-cv-629, Crist v. Stiverson, et al., assigned to Judge Robert J. Jonker and
Magistrate Judge Kent, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A)(2);
WHEREAS both district judges have consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:26-cv-
1039 to Judge Jonker.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Ray Kent shall be the assigned
magistrate judge in Case No. 1:26-cv-1039.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Maloney,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
