WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has found that the following cases fall within
the cognate case rule, W. D. Mich. LCivR. 3.3.2(c):
David Sifuentes III v. Chegg, Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-1072-RJJ;
David Sifuentes III v. Twitter, Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-1128-PLM;
David Sifuentes III v. Mathaway, Case No. 1:22-cv-1133-HYJ;
David Sifuentes III v. Slick Wraps, Case No. 1:22-cv-1142-HYJ; and
David Sifuentes III v. Zoosk, Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-1170-HYJ;
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Green recommended that the latter four cases be reassigned
to Judge Robert J. Jonker, the judge assigned to the earliest of these cases;
WHEREAS Judges Jarbou, Maloney and Jonker have consented to the reassignment of
these cases;
WHEREAS Chief Judge Jarbou has concluded that the cases should be reassigned under
Local Rule 3.3.2(c);
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the following cases to
Judge Jonker under the approved procedure:
David Sifuentes III v. Twitter, Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-1128-PLM;
David Sifuentes III v. Mathaway, Case No. 1:22-cv-1133-HYJ;
David Sifuentes III v. Slick Wraps, Case No. 1:22-cv-1142-HYJ; and
David Sifuentes III v. Zoosk, Inc., Case No. 1:22-cv-1170-HYJ.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Green shall be assigned to the above-
listed cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any future case brought by David Angel Sifuentes III
under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and/or the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act shall be
assigned to Judge Jonker and Magistrate Judge Green.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case(s) shall be assigned to Judges Jarbou and
Maloney, as appropriate, according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each of the above-listed cases, as well
as any future case assigned to Judge Jonker under this order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
