WHEREAS then Chief Judge Robert J. Jonker issued Administrative Order 21-CA-074
directing that 22 cases filed by Kevin Cassaday be reassigned to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist to
promote judicial economy, and
WHEREAS Kevin Cassaday continues to file similar complaints, including Cassaday v.
Wrigglesworth, et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-770, which was assigned to the Honorable Robert J.
Jonker, and Cassaday v. Shirkey, et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-771, which was assigned to the
Honorable Paul L. Maloney, and
WHEREAS all affected judges have agreed to the reassignment of those and all future
cases filed by Kevin Cassaday to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist, and
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the above-referenced cases and all future
cases filed by Kevin Cassaday should be assigned to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist under Local
Rule 3.3.2(b) to effect judicial economy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign Cassaday v.
Wrigglesworth, et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-770, and Cassaday v. Shirkey, et al., Case No. 1:22-cv-
771, to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall assign all future cases filed by
Kevin Cassaday to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist and the Honorable Phillip J. Green as the
magistrate judge.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the above-listed cases, as well as any future case filed by Kevin Cassaday.
