WHEREAS Case No. 2:23-cr-9, USA v. Heard, et al., is currently assigned to the Honorable
Janet T. Neff, and Judge Neff has advised that she will be unavailable to conduct proceedings in
this Marquette matter;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, with the consent of both Article III Judges, this case is
reassigned to the Honorable Robert J. Jonker for all further proceedings pursuant to the approved
procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in this case.
