ORDER
This matter is before the Court on the August 10, 2020 application of Attorney Donald
Campbell Bulea for admission to practice law in this Court. Chief Judge Robert J. Jonker
assigned the matter to the undersigned panel of three judicial officers for hearing and decision.
Administrative Order No. 20-AD-068. The Court conducted a hearing on October 20, 2020 at
which Attorney Bulea appeared with counsel and addressed the Court. The undersigned panel
unanimously finds that Attorney Bulea has established his qualifications for admission to the bar
of this Court. Accordingly:
IT IS ORDERED that Donald Campbell Bulea is admitted to the bar of this Court.
