At the request of Senior District Judge Neff, and with the approval of Chief Judge Jonker,
IT IS ORDERED that Senior Judge Neff’s allocated civil draw shall not include assignment
of newly filed cases carrying nature of suit codes 820, 830, 835, 840 or 880.
This shall be effective July 1, 2021, and shall remain in effect until further Administrative
Order.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
