WHEREAS, it has come to the Court’s attention that due to a clerical error, the assignment
of new criminal cases to Judge Robert J. Jonker so far this calendar year has not occurred according
to the allocation set forth in Administrative Order 22-CA-093.
NOW, THEREFORE, to bring Judge Jonker’s allotment of newly filed cases into
alignment with the allocations set forth in this Court’s order regarding the case draw, IT IS
ORDERED that the following cases shall be reassigned to Judge Jonker:
