The VFM / ADR Advisory Committee has provided its report and recommendation to the
Court for the removal, resignation, certification, and recertification of Facilitative Mediators, as
required by the Court’s Program Description. All affected persons have received notice of the
Committee’s recommendations. Accordingly, the Court adopts the recommendation of the
Committee:
1. that for the period of January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, Thomas L. Solka, and
Kevin J. O’Dowd, having resigned, be removed from the panel, and
2. that for the period of January 1, 2020, to December 31, 2020, Thomas R. Behm,
Michael S. Bogren, and Craig R. Noland be added to the panel, and
3. that for the period of January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, Peter L. Dunlap,
Richard A. Glaser, Peter D. Houk, and Douglas E. Wagner, having resigned, be
removed from the panel, and
4. that for the period of January 1, 2021, to December 31, 2021, Philip A. Grashoff,
Jr., B. Jay Yelton, III, Edward P. Perdue, Mona K. Majzoub, and Raymond J.
O’Dea be added to the panel, and
5. that for the period of January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, David J. Gass and
Robert F. Wardrop, having resigned, be removed from the panel, and
6. that for the period of January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, Charles M. Denton,
Thomas A. Kuiper, and Thomas M. Wardrop be added to the panel, and
7. that the remainder of the Court’s Facilitative Mediators having met the
requirements for recertification be recertified.
WHEREAS the Court hereby adopts the recommendation of the VFM / ADR Advisory
Committee, effective January 1, 2022.
