WHEREAS, On May 18, 2020, Magistrate Judge Ray Kent issued a Memorandum
finding the above matter was a cognate case to RAI Care Centers of Michigan I, LLC, et al. v.
Administration Systems Research Corporation, International, et al., Case no. 1:17-CV-1142, a
case assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney;
WHEREAS, with the consent of both assigned Article III Judges, Case No. 1:20-CV-431
is reassigned to Judge Maloney pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment of cognate
cases;
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case.
