Effective November 1, 2021, the Criminal Case Draw is hereby amended on a temporary basis,
and filings shall be assigned according to the following allocations. The temporary allocations will
continue through February 28, 2022, as follows:
Judge Jonker 30%
Judge Maloney 35%
Judge Jarbou 35%
Effective March 1, 2022, the temporary amendment is rescinded, and the Criminal Case Draw
shall be assigned according to the following allocations:
Judge Jonker 20%
Judge Maloney 30%
Judge Jarbou 30%
Judge Neff 20%
