involving Todd Allen Dunham, the earliest filed case being, Case No. 1:99-CR-64 and 1:00-CR-125,
United States v. Todd Allen Dunham, which have been assigned to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist.
WHEREAS, with the consent of both Judges Maloney and Judge Quist, Case No.
1:99-CR-64 and 1:00-CR-125 are reassigned to the Hon. Judge Maloney pursuant to the approved
procedure for reassignment of cognate cases.
