WHEREAS, the above case, assigned to the Hon. Hala Y. Jarbou, arises out of another
case in this district, Case No. 1:16-cr-245, assigned to the Hon. Janet T. Neff, both Article III
Judges have consented to the reassignment of the above captioned case, and the undersigned has
concluded that the above case should be reassigned under Local Rule 3.3.2(b)(iii) for reasons of
judicial economy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above case to the
Hon. Janet T. Neff, under the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign another case to the
Hon. Hala Y. Jarbou to take the place of this one.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
