WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined Case No. 1:25-cv-764, Prime
Property & Casualty Insurance, Inc. v. Navigation Global, LLC et al., currently assigned to Judge
Robert J. Jonker, is related to Case No. 1:24-cv-800, Childers, III v. Robert et al., assigned to the
undersigned, and both district judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:25-cv-764 is REASSIGNED to the undersigned, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judge Sally J. Berens shall be the assigned magistrate
judge in Case No. 1:25-cv-764.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Jonker,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
Order amended to clarify that Case No. 1:25-cv-764 is related to but not a re-filing of
Case No. 1:24-cv-800.
