WHEREAS, the above cases are currently assigned to the Honorable Gordon J. Quist and
Judge Quist has advised that he will be unavailable to conclude proceedings in these matters. Case
No. 1:22-CR-57 is a new Indictment brought against Defendant Antwan Peterson and Defendant is
currently on supervised release before Judge Quist in Case No. 1:14-CR-215-04.
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that these cases be reassigned by random draw for all further
proceedings pursuant to the approved procedure.
