On March 28, 2023, this Court issued Amended Administrative Order 23-CA-037,
reassigning related and/or cognate cases involving religious challenges to mandatory COVID-19
vaccine policies to Judge Beckering, pursuant to W. D. MICH. LCIVR. 3.3.1(d)(iii), 3.3.2(c). Upon
further review, Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has found that one of the cases, Challender v.
Northwest Michigan Surgery Center, LLC, Case No. 1:22-cv-0459-PLM, has filed an amended
complaint and is no longer related.
Accordingly,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above-referenced
cases back to Judge Maloney under the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the above-listed case.
