WHEREAS, the present term of the Honorable Scott W. Dales as Chief Bankruptcy Judge
expires on September 30, 2020, and the District Judges are unanimous that Judge Dales should
continue as Chief Judge,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Judge Scott W. Dales is hereby re-appointed Chief Judge
of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Michigan for a four-year term
commencing October 1, 2020, and concluding on September 30, 2024.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
