WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined that the cases Austin Crist v. Jason
Stiverson, Hillsdale County Jail and Megan Stiverson, Case No. 1:25-cv-629-RJJ-RSK; Austin
Crist v. Jason Stiverson, Megan Stiverson and Hillsdale County, Case No. 1:26-cv-1039-RJJ-
RSK; and Austin Crist v. Doris Whorley and Hillsdale Hospital, Case No. 1:26-cv-1196-HYJ-
RSK, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A)(2);
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Kent has recommended that Case No. 1:26-cv-1196 be
assigned to Judge Jonker, who is assigned to the earliest-filed case;
WHEREAS Judges Jarbou and Jonker have consented to the reassignment;
IT IS ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:26-cv-1196 to
Judge Jonker.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
Order amended to correct Case No. 1:25-cv-578-RJJ-RSK to 1:25-cv-629-RJJ-RSK.
