WHEREAS, the above case, assigned to the Hon. Janet T. Neff, involves the same
defendant as another case in this district, Case No. 1:21-cr-153-1, assigned to the Hon. Paul L.
Maloney, and with the consent of the Hon. Janet T. Neff and the Hon. Paul L. Maloney, the
undersigned has concluded that the case should be reassigned under W.D. Mich. LCrR 56.5(a)(iv)
for reasons of judicial economy,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign the above case to the
Hon. Paul L. Maloney, in accordance with the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
the case referenced herein.
