WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat determined Case No. 2:25-cr-11, United
States of America v. Michael Travis Johnson, currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, is
related to Case No. 1:22-pt-37, United States of America v. Michael Travis Johnson, assigned to
Judge Robert J. Jonker, and both district judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker, pursuant to
W.D. Mich. LCrR 56.4(b)(iii)(B).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Maloney,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
