ORDER REGARDING ATTORNEY’S SUSPENSION FROM PRACTICE
This court has received notice that Attorney Guerino John Cento (IN215749) has
been convicted of a felony in State of Indiana vs. Guerino John Cento, Case No. 29D03-
2005-F5-002987 in the Hamilton County, Indiana, Superior Court 3. Pursuant to Local
General Rule 2.3(b)(ii):
IT IS ORDERED that Attorney Guerino John Cento be and hereby is SUSPENDED
from practice before this court until further order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Attorney Guerino John Cento is prohibited from
practicing before this court unless and until an order of reinstatement has issued pursuant
to the procedures set forth in Local General Rule 2.3(b)(v).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court shall serve a copy of this
order upon Attorney Guerino John Cento at the attorney’s last known address.
