WHEREAS, it has been determined that the related case findings in Case Nos. 1:23-cv-
488 and 1:23-cv-489 were inadvertently reversed such that Walker v. Walker, et al., Case
No. 1:23-cv-488, was directly assigned to the Honorable Jane M. Beckering, and Walker v.
Walker, et al., Case No. 1:23-cv-489, was randomly assigned to Honorable Robert J. Jonker;
WHEREAS, Corrected Case Assignment Review Memos having been filed in the above
cases, and both Article III Judges having consented to correcting the assignments;
IT IS ORDERED that Case No. 1:23-cv-488 is REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker, and
Case No. 1:23-cv-489 is REASSIGNED to Judge Beckering.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
