WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has determined that Case No. 1:12-cv-1143,
Fleet Engineers v. Surti, which is assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney , and Case No. 1:25-cv-0374,
Tramec Sloan, LLC v. Surti, which is assigned to Judge Robert J. Jonker, are cognate under W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(c);
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Green has recommended that the later numbered case be
assigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney;
WHEREAS Judges Jonker and Maloney have consented to the reassignment of the later
numbered case to Judge Maloney; and
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the later numbered case should be
reassigned;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:25-cv-
0374, Tramec Sloan, LLC v. Surti, to Judge Maloney.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Jonker
according to the approved procedure.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in
both cases.
