WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green has determined that the cases Gloria Grenke
and Janice McDaniel v. Meadowbrook Antrim County Medical Care Facility, Case No. 1:23-cv-
913-JMB, and Janice McDaniel v. Meadowbrook Antrim County Medical Care Facility, Case
No. 1:24-cv-367-HYJ, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii);
WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Green has recommended that both cases be assigned to the
Honorable Jane M. Beckering;
WHEREAS Judges Jarbou and Beckering have consented to the reassignment of the later
numbered case to Judge Beckering;
WHEREAS the undersigned has concluded that the later numbered case should be
reassigned;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:24-cv-
0367-HYJ to Judge Beckering.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
