WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Phillip J. Green determined Case No. 1:24-cr-22, United
States of America v. Shirley Starks, currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, is related to Case
No. 1:23-cr-98, United States of America v. Jonathan Conner, et al, assigned to Judge Jane M.
Beckering, and both district judges having consented to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:24-cr-22 is REASSIGNED to Judge Beckering, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCrR 56.5(a).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Maloney,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
