WHEREAS, the above cases are closely related with other cases in this district, Case No.
1:18-CV-1451, Spectrum Health Hospitals v. Administration Systems Research Corporation
International; Case No. 1:18-CV-1452, Spectrum Health Hospitals v. Administration Systems
Research Corporation, International; Case No. 1:18-CV-1453, Spectrum Health Hospitals v.
Administration Systems Research Corporation, International, and Case No. 1:19-CV-1072, Ross,
et al. v. Administration Systems Research Corporation International, all matters assigned to the
Honorable Paul L. Maloney,
WHEREAS, all assigned Article III Judges having consented to the reassignment of Case
Nos. 1:19-CV-1076, 1:19-CV-1088 and 1:20-CV-55 under Local Rule 3.3.1(d)(iii),
IT IS ORDERED that Case Nos. 1:19-CV-1076, 1:19-CV-1088 and 1:20-CV-55 are
reassigned to the Honorable Paul L. Maloney, pursuant to the approved procedure for reassignment
of related cases.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Kent shall be the Magistrate Judge
assigned to these cases.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case.
