WHEREAS, Case No. 1:24-cv-954, Solmetex, LLC v. Ascentcare Dental Products, Inc., is
currently assigned to the Hon. Robert J. Jonker, and Case No. 1:25-cv-590, Cincinnati Insurance
Company v. Ascentcare Dental Products, Inc., is assigned to the Hon. Jane M. Beckering;
WHEREAS, Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat has recommended that Case No. 1:25-cv-
590 be reassigned to the Hon. Robert J. Jonker, who was assigned to the earlier-filed of these cases,
pursuant to W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.2(c);
WHEREAS, the affected judges have consented to the reassignment and the Court being
mindful of the need for the exercise of judicial economy; and
WHEREAS, the undersigned has concluded that the above-referenced case should be
reassigned:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall reassign Case No. 1:25-cv-590
to the Hon. Robert J. Jonker.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Maarten Vermaat shall be the
assigned magistrate judge in Case No. 1:25-cv-590.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the Hon. Jane M.
Beckering according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in the cases referenced herein.
