WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Ray Kent has determined Case No. 1:23-cv-834, Sifuentes
v. AT&T, currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney, is a re-filing of Case No. 1:23-cv-371,
Sifuentes v. AT&T, assigned to Judge Robert J. Jonker, and both district judges having consented
to its reassignment,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, in the interests of judicial economy and to conserve
judicial resources, Case No. 1:23-cv-834 is REASSIGNED to Judge Jonker, pursuant to W.D.
Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(i).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Judge Phillip J. Green shall be the assigned magistrate
judge in Case No. 1:23-cv-834.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to Judge Maloney,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
