ORDER REGARDING ATTORNEY’S REVOCATION FROM PRACTICE
Attorney Kenneth B. Morgan (P34492) was suspended from practice before this Court on
July 14, 2022, for failure to comply with the terms of the disciplinary order entered by the three-
judge panel in 21-AD-062. See Administrative Order 22-AD-057. On March 22, 2024, the
Attorney Grievance Commission suspended Mr. Morgan’s license to practice law in Michigan for
180 days, effective March 19, 2024. See Notice of 180-Day Suspension issued on March 22, 2024,
in Grievance Administrator v Kenneth B. Morgan, 23-88-RD; 23-89-GA. On September 25, 2024,
the Attorney Grievance Commission suspended Mr. Morgan’s license to practice law in Michigan
for five years, effective September 17, 2024. See Notice of Suspension and Restitution issued on
September 25, 2024, in Grievance Administrator v Kenneth B. Morgan, 24-7-GA. Mr. Morgan
has now been disbarred, effective September 18, 2029, as it is consecutive to the five-year
suspension ordered in 24-7-GA. See Notice of Disbarment and Restitution issued on June 23,
2025, in Grievance Administrator v Kenneth B. Morgan, 24-99-GA. Pursuant to Local General
Rule 2.3(b)(ii):
IT IS ORDERED that, effective September 18, 2029, Attorney Kenneth B. Morgan be and
hereby is REVOKED from practice before this Court until further order.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Attorney Kenneth B. Morgan is prohibited from
practicing before this Court unless and until an order of reinstatement has issued, at which time
the Chief Judge will either determine if Mr. Morgan may practice before this Court or refer the
matter to a three-judge panel for decision, pursuant to the procedures set forth in Local General
Rule 2.3(b)(v).
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall serve a copy of this order upon
Attorney Kenneth B. Morgan at the attorney’s last known address.
