WHEREAS Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens has determined Case No. 1:25-cv-313, Mikol
v. Azadi, Inc., et al., currently assigned to Judge Paul L. Maloney and her, and Case No. 1:25-cv-
520, Rasmussen, et al. v. Sadeq, et al., assigned to the undersigned and Magistrate Judge Phillip J.
Green, are related under W.D. Mich. LCivR 3.3.1(d)(iii)(A)(2);
WHEREAS both district judges have consented to its reassignment;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Clerk of Court shall REASSIGN Case No. 1:25-cv-
520 to Judge Maloney.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Sally J. Berens shall be the assigned
magistrate judge in Case No. 1:25-cv-520.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that another case shall be assigned to the undersigned,
according to the approved procedure.
A copy of this Administrative Order shall be filed in each case referenced herein.
