WHEREAS, post-judgment matters requiring judicial attention are occasionally filed in
civil cases assigned to Judge Wendell A. Miles;
AND WHEREAS, Judge Miles is unavailable to conclude proceedings in these matters;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that post-judgment proceedings in civil cases assigned to
Judge Miles, as well as all proceedings on remand from the Court of Appeals, or any other
matter requiring judicial action shall be automatically reassigned to Judge Robert Holmes Bell.
