ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Under Title 28, United States Code, Section 631, and Section 3.01 of the Regulations of
the Judicial Conference of the United States Establishing Standards and Procedures for
the Appointment and Reappointment of Magistrate Judges, and as specifically authorized
by the Judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the
following persons are hereby appointed to serve as members of a Magistrate Judge Merit
Selection Panel to consider the reappointment of United States Magistrate Judge Virginia
M. Morgan, whose term expires on June 4, 2009:

good character, ability and commitment to equ . I under the law.
