The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan does not accept cash for
payment of court fees, services, fines payments, bond payments or restitution. The Court accepts credit
cards, checks and money orders as forms of payment. Checks should be made payable to Clerk, U.S.
District Court. Court staff will not make change; exact amount whether in check or money order must be
presented.
