The parties must make the disclosures and objections required by Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(a)(3) in the
joint final pretrial order as specified in LR 16.2 unless the Court orders otherwise.
COMMENT: Effective December 1, 2000, courts are no longer allowed
to opt-out of the provisions of Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a).
