The Judges of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan have adopted
a Speedy Trial Act Plan which has been approved by the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals
for the Sixth Circuit, to minimize undue delay and further the prompt disposition of criminal cases. A copy
of the Plan is available in the Clerk's Office for use by counsel and the public.
