(a) All initial appearances shall comply with Fed. R. Crim. P. 5.
(b) If a defendant is appearing voluntarily, the defendant shall report to the Pretrial Services Agency
for the purpose of a bond recommendation and to the United States Marshals Service before the
defendant's initial appearance in court.
(c) The United States Attorney shall provide the Magistrate Judge a copy of the complaint, removal
petition, other papers and information relating to the defendant's initial appearance.
