STANDING ORDER 2016-02
Following the notice and comment period required under Local Rule 605.1. the district
judges of this Court considered and approved amendments to Local Rules 101, 102, 103, 105.
201,404,605,701,705,802. and appendices. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that:
I. Standing Orders 2015-03 and 2015-07 are rescinded;
2. The attached. amended version of the Local Rules is approved, effective July I. 2016:
3. These amendments apply to all cases filed on or after July 1,2016. These amendments
also apply to all cases pending as of July 1.2016. to the extent practicable, unless otherwise
ordered by the presiding judge; and
4. The Clerk is directed to publish the amended version of the Local Rules.
