STANDING ORDER 2018-06
Following the notice and comment period required under Local Rule 605.1, the district
judges of this Court considered and approved amendments to Local Rules 108,201,70 I, and
Local Admiralty Rules. Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that:
1. Standing Order 2018-0 I is rescinded;
2. The attached, amended version of the Local Rules is approved, effective December I,
2018;
3. These amendments apply to all cases filed on or after December I, 2018. These
amendments also apply to all cases pending as of December 1,2018, to the extent practicable,
unless otherwise ordered by the presiding judge; and
3. The Clerk is directed to publish the amended version of the Local Rules.
