Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(e), the judges of the bankruptcy court for the District of
Massachusetts are specially designated to conduct jury trials with the express consent of the parties
in any proceeding which may be heard by a bankruptcy judge to which a right to jury trial applies.
Adopted effective January 2, 1995.
