SUBJECT: Employment Dispute Resolution (EDR) Coordinator
Chief Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown has designated Rebecca Coman, USDC Director of
Education and Training to serve as the primary EDR Coordinator for the U.S. District Court, U.S. Bankruptcy
Court and U.S. Probation Office for the Eastern District of Louisiana. Chief Deputy Probation Officer Brenda
Harrell is designated as the alternate EDR Coordinator.
This applies to the provisions of the Model Employment Dispute Resolution Plan adopted effectively for
complaints filed on or after February 19, 2020.
