COMMUNITY DEFENDER, INC., BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Pursuant to Article IV of the Bylaws to the Western Kentucky Federal Community
Defender, Inc., and by a majority vote of all the judges of the U.S. District Court for the Western
District of Kentucky,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Angela Edwards is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year
term, commencing September 21, 2020.
2. John Llewellyn is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year
term, commencing September 21, 2020.
3. Patrick Renn is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing September 21, 2020.
4. Van Sims is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing September 21, 2020.
5. Kent Westberry is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year
term, commencing September 21, 2020.
