Pursuant to Article IV of the Bylaws to the Western Kentucky Federal Community
Defender, Inc., and by a majority vote of all the judges of the U.S. District Court for the Western
District of Kentucky,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. Demetrius Holloway is APPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year
term, commencing May 13, 2024.
2. Melanie Jacobs is APPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 13, 2024.
3. Dawn McCauley is APPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 13, 2024.
4. David Riley is APPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 13, 2024.
Said appointments shall serve to replace Dwight Burton, Jack Jeziorski, John Llewellyn, and
Geneva Parris as Directors.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED:
1. Angela Edwards is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year
term, commencing May 13, 2024.
2. Michael Mazzoli is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year
term, commencing May 13, 2024.
3. J. D. Meyer is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 13, 2024.
4. Patrick Renn is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 13, 2024.
5. Van Sims is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
commencing May 13, 2024.
6. Kent Westberry is REAPPOINTED as a director of said corporation for a three-year term,
