The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky will be closed on Thursday,
November 23, 2023; Monday, December 25, 2023; and Monday, January 1, 2024, as these dates
are legal public holidays pursuant to 5 U.S.C. § 6103. Additionally, the District Court’s Clerk’s
Office and Probation Office will be closed on Friday, November 24, 2023; Friday, December 22,
2023; and Friday December 29, 2023.
District Judges and Magistrate Judges may adopt individual chambers’ work schedules
during these additional dates.
