In light of the judges’ relative pending caseloads, and in anticipation of future caseload
evaluations, the Court has determined that it is in the interests of justice to reassign case as
described herein.
NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that:
(1) The list of case annexed hereto as Exhibit A shall be reassigned from Judge Benjamin
J. Beaton to Judge David J. Hale.
(2) The list of case annexed hereto as Exhibit B shall be reassigned from Judge Benjamin
J. Beaton to Judge Rebecca G. Jennings.
IT IS HEREBY FURTHER ORDERED that all magistrate judge assignments on any of
the listed cases will remain as previously ordered. All cases so reassigned shall henceforth carry
the suffix initials of the judges to whom they have been reassigned.
